By placing an order for any of our meal plans or utilizing the Healthylicious Portal Co LLC website (www.healthylicious-me.com), you are legally bound by and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, in the same manner as if you and Healthylicious Portal Co LLC had executed a formal agreement incorporating these Terms and Conditions. We retain the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, amend, append, or remove sections of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When you use this Website following the posting of any changes to these Terms and Conditions, you are indicating your acceptance of those changes, regardless of whether you have reviewed them in detail. Furthermore, by accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also consent to receiving our newsletters and special offers. It is worth noting that recent legislation mandates that we secure your consent before we can contact you through our automated dialler. Please be assured that we take your privacy exceedingly seriously, and your information will never be disclosed to or exchanged with any third parties.
Healthylicious Portal Co LLC operates as a meal plan service. When using our meal plan service, please note that all orders are automatically considered approved upon successful payment unless you have explicitly requested otherwise. Once your order is approved, it will be delivered to the address you have provided, in accordance with your selected meal plan, on a daily basis. Please be aware that specific deadlines and cut-off times do apply.

All purchases of Meal Plans are subject to a cut-off time of 12:00 PM on Thursdays. If your purchase is completed before the cut-off time, your week will commence on a Monday. Otherwise, your first day will be the following Tuesday. To ensure your menu selection for your program is considered, it must be made by 12:00 PM on Thursday for the upcoming week. If this deadline is not met, the client will be under the assumption that we will select their daily meals at random. Healthylicious Portal Co LLC always makes every effort to accommodate changes requested after the cut-off time, but it is not guaranteed. We strongly advise our customers to adhere to the provided cut-off time.
You have the option to temporarily halt your order by contacting us via email at [email protected] or by calling +971 52 680 1385 at least one week before the desired pause date. Alternatively, you can pause your subscription directly from the “My Account” page.
Healthylicious Portal Co LLC makes every effort to ensure timely meal deliveries. We adhere to a strict ‘Do Not Disturb’ policy during our delivery hours, which are from 5:00 AM to 8:00 AM, seven days a week. Deliveries will be made without any disruption to our clients. Therefore, it is essential that the delivery location permits 24-hour access.
Healthylicious Portal Co LLC hand-delivers meals in sealed, insulated cooler bags. Once the delivery has been made, Healthylicious Portal Co LLC will not assume responsibility for any stolen products. It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure the safe receipt of their delivery.
Clients are also required to ensure that any previously delivered insulation bags are placed outside the front door before the scheduled delivery time. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the security deposit (please refer to our Payment & Refund Policy for further details).
The eight most common food allergens are as follows: milk, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts (such as almonds, cashews, and walnuts), fish (such as bass, cod, flounder), shellfish (including crab, lobster, and shrimp), soy, and wheat. Please be aware that some of our meals may contain these allergens. If you have allergies to any of these items, it is important to note that we prepare foods in our kitchens using these ingredients. While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that there will be no contact with these allergens in your other meals.
Food allergy reactions can range from mild to severe, and we strongly advise you to exercise extreme caution when ordering from Healthylicious Portal Co LLC. If you have moderate to severe allergies, we are unable to recommend Healthylicious Portal Co LLC for you.
