How Can I choose my menu?
Upon completing your order, the website will redirect you to your menu selection page. At any point of time you can always click on “My Account” > “Menu Schedule” to modify your selection within the cutoff time.
How do I add allergies/preferences to my order?
After choosing your meal plan in the ordering process, you are able to make certain customizations before our cut off time.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the UAE, all seven Emirates.
How does the delivery work?
We deliver meals on daily basis, morning at the earliest at your door steps.
Do you deliver with cooler bags?
Healthylicious meals have a shelf life of 72 hours, we can guarantee quality & freshness of all deliveries.
We deliver in insulated cooling bags as we use refrigerated temperature-controlled vans for delivery. However, For receiving your food in insulated cooling bag there will be an additional amount of 100 AED (Refundable)
Where can I find nutritional information about the meals??
You can find those information on our website, menu section, click on the menu item you want to view. Each menu item comes with a detailed nutritional fact table. You can always scan the QR Code printed on the packages.
Can I get a nutrition consultation without signing up for a meal plan?
Yes, you can! Book your digital consultation with our dietitian. Schedule your appointment for consultation so you can be aligned with your schedule.
Do my meals need any preparation before I eat ?
Upon receiving your delivery, refrigerate your meals as soon as possible.
Our goal is to take the hassle out of healthy eating, so all you have to do is heat and eat.
Take off the cover and heat your meal in microwave 1-2 minutes.
How are the meals prepared? is anything fried?
Every meal is made from scratch, just like you prepare it in your house (only in calorie counted portions). We don’t use fryers in our kitchen – our professional chefs typically bake, grill or steam ingredients to maximize nutrient availability and make sure it is Healthylicious.
How much weight will I lose with the Mission Slimpossible??
On average client reduces from 3-7 Kilos per month. However, this really depends on your commitment to the plan and physical exercise.

Can I sign up for a meal plan without a nutrition consultation?
Yes, you may simply sign up to any of our plans on our website. We always recommend to start with a consultation to allow us to better personalize the program based on your goals.
Do you deliver to more than one address for the same person?
On the same day you need to choose one address. However, should you have different addresses for different days of the week we can definitely accommodate that.
Changes to delivery locations are permitted. Please keep in mind that this must be requested 48 in advance.
Can I stop my meals during the weekend/holidays? Or freeze my plan?
To put your package on hold and/or resume your subscription, we require a notification 72 hours in advance in order to make all the necessary changes. You can pause your subscription automatically from “My Account” page.
